Hmmmmm, T., can we get something like this for a plain old desktop?

http://csg.trinhall.cam.ac.uk/tips/ntp/winxp - that is the process for Windows XP, just choose proper NTP server, client is integrated.

For win2000, looks like it can be done with windows own tools, but there is no shiny GUI .

I simply figured that the EA clock was running on sidereal time at some drifting longitude.
