72 year old Chinese grandpa Liu Xianping was simply helping his granddaughter mix and match clothes for a photoshoot to promote her teenage clothing e-store, Yuekou.
The granddaughter thought it was funny, so they started shooting grandpa in her various teeny-bopper outfits, then she decided to post the modeling photos on her Web store.
The rest is history.
Granddad in drag has gone viral, and the girl has seen her sales quintuple. I love the quote he gave about all of this:
Why unacceptable (for someone like me to wear womens clothes? Modelling for the store is helping my granddaughter and I have nothing to lose. We were very happy on the day of the shooting. Im very old and all that I care about is to be happy.
I have to admit, grandpa looks good in the clothes. Or as my friend Ryan wrote on Facebook, fierce.
