Glansectomy

I think we need a new thread related to issues of Glans removal. I have had my testicles and scrotum removed and althought not a candidate for MTF surgery, would very much like to minimize the size of my penis by removing the glans. I have not read of anyone finding a straight forward legitimate way to accomplish this so I am asking for any brainstorming ideas on the subject.

The only way is to do it like ExtremeSlave11, which you can watch on malebodymods.com. It's not for the faint of heart and I do not recommend it, but it worked for him. He didn't even go to the ER.

I'll apologize to the membership at large for my role in the threadjack of Smoothie's original post. This is the last I'll say.

Below is his original post on the subject of Glansectomy. I'll ask the EA mods to please ensure this thread stays on track. Alternately, I will not be opposed to their removing the non-relevant portions of the old thread and deleting this one entirely.

There is no straightforward easy way to do it. Extremeslave11 simply cut his off after numbing it with a topical lidocaine ointment, stuck it in ice water for several minutes, and then took a large hunting knife and cut it off. It took guts, it is difficult to watch and it's not what you should do. He had a supply of special bandages that he bought which stop bleeding and he used them. He drank lots of water to keep the urethra open while things healed.

There are no doctors who are going to cut your glans off and I doubt you'll find a woman to do it. It's too extreme for most all women.

I hope this thread gets new life. Glansectomy is not a difficult procedure but normally done only for penil cancer. I have spoken with GRS doctors and a urologist, and one said he would remove the entire penis (with psych clearance of course) but thought partial penectomy was unnatural or words to that effect. Another would consider it but only if done in a hospital. Another would do it but the qualification process would be the same as for a GRS surgery. The urologist said he would do an orchiectomy but not a glansectomy. And so it goes. Not to give up quickly, I believe there is an easier and simpler way to make this happen and trust we can discover that way here on Eunuch Archieve.

smoothie, I know you have this strong desire and I feel for you. Since you're castrated, why not go and get psych clearance? I did it in order to get my reroute and I got my reroute so that when it's time to remove my penis, I wouldn't have to worry about urination being a problem. Maybe you should start with this, get a psych clearance, ask for a reroute (perineal urethrostomy) first, and then just band your glans until it falls off.

I do understand the reasoning of the urologist/GRS doctor who would remove the entire penis, rather than partial penectomy. It doesn't seem natural to just cut off part of your penis, what's the purpose of doing that? It's more natural to remove the whole offending organ, especially to a GRS surgeon.
