"Bad" movies can be perversely fun - you sit there cataloging the ways in which they're bad. Boring movies don't even reach that level of interest. These movies are soon forgotten, which is their one grace. An example is in theaters now - The Cold Light of Day. The producers enlisted two genuine stars - Bruce Willis and Sigourney Weaver - to rope in audiences (presumably for huge paychecks - even stars gotta eat). But the stars have minor parts. The real stars look good but have no screen presence. The plot might have been recovered from a bubble-gum wrapper. See once to treat insomnia.
I didn't hear anything about that movie. It will be on my list to miss when it hits cable.
