My Siamese brothers do that all the time. On me and my bed. All with kitty puncture holes.

One of my cats definitely has my wife and me well trained. He will convince my wife to let him in, immediately run to my office where he flops over on his back and begins purring LOUDLY. After I massage his tummy and scratch his ears for a while, he will ask politely for a kitty treat. Once he finishes his treat he demands to be let out so that he can do the same routine again soon.
He usually manages about six or seven times a day. It's only 9 am here and I've just let him out for the second time. He'll be back within the hour....
