PPV on my cable lets me watch the movie as many times as I want in the space of 48 hours.

I watched BATTLE LOS ANGELES again last night and it is as tightly scripted story as I thought. It's not like "disaster" films where there are many characters. There are only a handful and they are all confined to small spaces.

However, they encapsulate all the rest of the fight against the aliens. Again, this is where plot trumps special effects. Tell one man's story and tell it well. Everything else succeeds. Scientifically, I could count a dozen plot holes but those don't matter because the story is about one man and his small platoon.

Good movie.

I liked this one. I went to see the latest Transformers movie and walked out about 1/4 through the movie. I didn't even finish my popcorn.
