What will be the effects of using low dose of estrogen after castration?
The question is here cause I liked some effects of chemical castration, but low energy, and at times feeling, to quote Hash, that "the world was falling on me", wasn't that good. Now, after stopping chemical castration, I am thinking through what way I am going to proceed and need more information.

Re: Low dose estrogen after castration.
Because of my concern fo osteoporosis and an enlightening bone test I had decided to go ahead and take a very low dose 6.25mg per day of estradiol which is the recommended amount for women after menopause. There are also 3mg pills. There is also another hormone which is more neutral called androstenedione which apparently the bodies of natural eunuchs do produce and which I would rather have. (Both testosterone and estradiol in normal individuals are produced from androstenedione. They also start out with it. The body can and does back-produce estradiol and testosterone back to androstenedione as demanded.) However estradiol is much more readily available and cheaper than either testosterone or androstenedione. They all require prescriptions (in the US) but since estradiol is so widely prescribed that if you can make any arrangements with a girlfriend then you can also get it and that's the best way to get it. Here in the States since getting a medical check-up without having health insurance (one in three 18 to 62 year olds now) is such a pain in the ass it is preferable to go ahead and take things into your own hands and skip the medic who'd probably not understand anyway since they are not trained about enuchs.

There is no simple answer to your question; as the cliche goes "your mileage may vary." and the research for transsexuals and eunuchs simply does not exist. Most of what we know is extrapolated from women's HRT and the treatment of male prostate patients. So, what I say is strictly anectdotal.
Regarding fatigue and depression, estrogen will probably improve both, but to a lesser degree than testosterone. The question is greatly complicated because so many trans and eunuch folk have problems with depression to start with, and changes in hormones tend to exacerbate the problem. But yes, estrogen does improve my mood and energy considerably. Also it is believed that small doses of E or T will help keep your bones strong. (particularily important in someone as young as you.)(also a very good idea to take daily doses of calcium and vitamin D for the same reason)
The single biggest question about taking estrogen, though, is the question of feminization. Castration, either physical or chemical, will move your body some distance in the feminine direction. Your facial features will soften slightly, muscle definition will soften. You may or may not have some degree of breast development, but in the absence of estrogen, you are unlikely to go any farther than small breast buds and enlarged nipples. Adding estrogen, even a very small dose may move you even farther, but how far is not predictable. I have known young tgirls who have had SRS and taken maximum doses of estrogen in various forms for a number of years, and have ended up with the flat chests of a twelve year old boy. I have known others who intended just a bit of femininization, taking just a very small doses, who to their horror and delight, started sprouting sizable breasts in ridiculolusly short times. (and greatly annoying those of us who were trying to develop ours)
So before you take any estrogen, I recommend you examine your position, goals and life very carefully. Overweight males can hide breast development without too much difficulty. About a third of pudgy guys have some degree of manboobs anyway. But you listed your weight as 65 kg and height of 182 cm, which makes you skinny bordering on anorexic. This is an ideal body type to transition, but if you present as male, it is very difficult to hide even slight breast development. I have no idea what resources are available to trans people in Russia. Be careful. I would grieve if you got killed by some homophobic Russian skinhead. (from your picture, I think you would make a beautiful woman, by the way)

Re: Low dose estrogen after castration.
One of the more beneficial aspects of taking a low dose of estrogen (or testosterone for that matter) would be increased bone health. This is one of those issues that is unseen until it causes a larger problem. I was chemically castrated for over 2 1/2 years and soon after my surgical castration, my doctor did a bone density test on me and found I was down into the osteopina range. He said I should take added calcium with vitamin D and also either some estrogen or testosterone because the sex hormones allow the calcium to be better absorbed and utilized. He didn't really have a preference which one I chose, just that I should have some.
