Premarin effect?

My boyfriend has inserted some premarin cream in my ass with a syringe for about a month and half. I´ve noticed my asshole skin is becoming softer and it doesn´t cost a lot of effort to penetrate my ass. which is softer, tender and more and more sensitive. He also had rubbed some of the same cream in my breasts and I am noticing that they are growing somewhat slow, but they also are softer and sensitive to the touch. I wnat to know if this is some effect of this cream. Thanks to those who reand and answer this.
