Two questions:

- What's the best way to achieve a real shrinkage of the penis that would last just an hour or so?

Is there such a thing as surgical penile reduction? And if so does it work on both lenght and girth?

shrinkage? simple. stay unaroused. its amazing how much smaller the penis can get when it stays soft, and how little permanent damage that comes from that form of shrinkage.

About the only thing that will reduce the size the penis for an hour or so is after you had an ejection (s). It is natural for the penis to shrink after that. Sticking the penis in some cold water could also work.

As far as penis reduction I do not expect any doctor would do that unless there is a real medical reason for the operation. Think more damage would occur as a result of reduction.

I think it is really dumb how doctors will happily do voluntary breast reductions, and yet they wouldn't do similar for men. I guess you need to complain that your large penis is causing back problems (the justification for breast reduction) and maybe they'd do it
