Thanks to everyone for the good wishes. Of late, I have been trying to commit suicide by overwork and overstress, (unsuccessfully I might add), and simply haven't had the time for more than an occasional line or two response to the odd thread. Thanks again.

True, but I usually end up eating my own cooking, (when I'm in the mood to eat), and the reason I am ridiculously overworked is that I am a good cook, trying to juggle four hundred meals from three kitchens to four sites.
