I plan on getting chemically fixed 'n' femmed starting in the next few weeks, but want to have proper erections. I was thinking I'd meditate under a waterfall or something to find my libido if I had to, and use an oral ED drug plus daily pumping (FDA approved) to prevent penile atrophy. Sound like a plan, folks? At the least, I want a normal-looking cock. I imagine MUSE might be helpful at times? Is it true Levitra can last 36 hours? That'd be cost-effective.

I don't think that you can really plan how your libido may turn out when you influence your body-chemistry with foreign hormones and androgen-blockers.

Some loose their ability to gain and maintain an erection very quickly others not etc.

The only thing I can say is that progesterone helped me to stimulate my libido but more in terms of imaginery than physical function.

From what I've read, I'm at an advantage because I'm sincerely trans, authentic in my desire to maintain function, and am quite comfortable with my phallus. In contrast to men who undergo testosterone deprivation out of necessity, I am well prepared for what is to ensue, which may help further.

I'm afraid I would not be complete, or who I am without some basic libido, and I do not wish to have what may as well be no genitals. My sexuality is for me, and there's plenty of it as I am, but I don't pursue sexual contact about ever. Maybe again soon. I have a few reasons to believe I'll have something left to use or find underneath all my unwanted testosterone.

When you say progesterone helped, do you mean to say that you gained libido, but have ED?

I've found there are obviously plenty of transwomen who are bothered by these circumstances, but I think most of us comform to others' expectations when asked in person.

Whether I'm a man or a woman or a who-knows isn't between my legs, and recent studies are showing fewer and fewer transpersons care for SRS procedures. An orchi and some over-the-top tucking (I heard one woman uses industrial-strength duct tape to go to the beach in bikini) will do me fine. Instead, my physiological goals are to ditch the beast-hair, fix my anabolism, and estrogenize everything. These will both help me pass in my targeted role, and make me feel a lot more comfy in this body.

We have to things: 1) to sexually function as a man and become feminized is a hormonal balancing act and also depends on you geneticists, sensitivity to estrogen. 2) if you take too much estrogen you can shut down your testicles defeating your goal.

If you do not take to much estrogen you still should have normal erections and not have penile atrophy, but if you are going ahead with getting chemically fixed, you will have to pump and your sex drive will be zero after a few weeks. There are directions on some Feminization sites for feminization with out using anit-androgen drugs.
