I just noticed it is now 5/19 and one year ago Plix left the warm and familiar So Cal region to venture East. In search of four seasons and some new adventures on his path of self discovery. He landed in Ohio just in time to experience spring, summer, fall and one of the worst winters in recent memories.
Plix has done well in his first year in my opinion. He is now a seasoned all weather driver. He is doing well at work but I know he hopes to find a better job in the future. He ventures out on his own to explore surrounding areas. He enjoys being independent.
He has learned to overlook some of my moods when I am tired. He is always welcomed at my family events. He is fitting in well in central Ohio. He was a big help when my sister bought a new computer. He is a good friend and we have enjoyed some day trips together last summer that I hope we can do this summer despite our conflicting work schedule.

I am so glad to hear that, he has come so far sense that first trip to Wi. several years ago. I look forward to seeing you both at this years MOM if you can both make it.

Thank you for the kind words and wishes. To celebrate my anniversary, I was treated to dinner at a favorite local restaurant.
Time does move quickly. It is difficult to believe it has been a year already. But aside from fast, this last year has been beneficial to me in many ways. I am certainly looking forward to the future. I still have some distance to travel, but this last year has definitely given me a great start on the right path.

Plix - Congrats on your one year anniversary. I'm glad Ohio is working out for you. You're on your way to a promising career.
