NANCY GRACE WANTS NO CAMERAS IN MELINDA DUCKETT SUICIDE CASE DEPOSITION
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/01/2 ... 37119.html
ORLANDO, Fla. Talk-show host Nancy Grace doesn't want her deposition in a central Florida wrongful death lawsuit videotaped.
Her attorney wants a federal judge to prohibit videotaping of Grace during a deposition Thursday or prohibit the release of the deposition if it is videotaped. Her attorneys say it's necessary to protect Grace from embarrassment. She's a host of HLN, formerly CNN Headline News.
Grace is being sued by Melinda Duckett's family. They blame her for inflicting emotional distress on the 21-year-old Florida mother during an appearance on her talk show.
Duckett was on Grace's show in 2006 after her son Trenton disappeared. Grace grilled the woman, accusing her of hiding something. Duckett shot and killed herself the day the taped interview was scheduled to air.

If you have a show where you are playing the part of a live inquire into the sorted past of others then you have no grounds of privacy to stand on, whats good for the goose.

I HATE Nancy Grace. I have read or heard that three of her convictions were overturned because of prosecutorial misconduct. I think she is obnoxious. I like to have Headline News on while I am doing housework but when she is on, I change the channel.

Nancy Grace shouldn't be on a news channel, she should be on the Lifetime network. Her shows are mostly, "Look at how horrible men are..." types of commentary.
