Midwest Haute Cuisine
A restaurant we saw on our Christmas jaunt to just south of the Red Nun advertised the return of the frito-chili-cheese bowl. I had a passing thought of Cheesewhiz. Anybody run across any other amusing regional favorites (bangers and mash do not count).
