Testicle play piercing, if done with reasonable levels of sanitation and with hypodermic needles is not excessively dangerous. I have had this done to me for years with no ill effects.

Yes, I have done it too. A lot. And the most erotic feeling I ever had was when the tip of the needle was gently rubbing on the inside of the testicle wall. Absolutely orbital. But before I commented on my success, it seemed like a good idea to post the warnings, risks, disclaimers first. But you need to make sure you don't use needles that are plated/coated as the plating/coating can flake off, and you don't want to leave flakey residue inside your testicle. Good quality medical needles are a requirement, as well as maximum cleanliness and sterilization of skin and needles, and avoid hitting the cords or epididymus or other attachments that are on the outside of the testicle. There are better ways, and wrong ways to do this.

The risks of testicle piercing are about the same as any other deep body piercing. Some knowledge of anatomy is desirable as is a strong dedication to cleanliness. You should also know the signs of trouble. There are many who have play pierced testicles with no major problems. --FLO--

Well, being reasonable - with any action you take risks. Your main worry is to reduce these risks as much as possible.

Of my own experience:

Piercing your testicles does not mean a castration or not even a sterilization. Far from that. Proper piercing will not leave any noticeable damages. Still, you must be aware that multiple and massive piercing will affect your testicle function one or another way as micro damages to your testicles amount with every next needle in your testicle.

The first and most important thing is sterility of needle and piercing area. Then you must avoid epidymis and bigger blood vessels.

I do not recommend anything. It is you who is taking risks.

Well, actually, yesterday I did mention that death could result; which would most likely be from blood poisoning, internal bleeding, or maybe gangrene. If anyone knows of anyone who died from doing this let us know.

I do suspect that certain types of activity with a needle in a testicle can reduce your testosterone and sperm levels. It was directly following these certain types of activities that I was doing with my testicles and needles that my T level dropped to below normal. Coincidence? Maybe. All I know is that the timing was such that I definitely suspect what I was doing destroyed enough cells that testosterone creation and output was decreased. What were those activities? I won't post that on a public accessible Message Board. And I recommend that no one do them - too risky. Fortunately for me I did not suffer any serious consequences. My intense need and desire to be castrated, or at least be free of testosterone, has driven me to do some very unwise and unsafe things throughout my life. In that regard I am quite secretive, private, and abnormal. There is no indication to family, friends and acquaintances or this facet of my life. Outwardly and publically I am otherwise quite average and ordinary. What I have done has not affected or harmed anyone else in any way whatsoever. And I don't want to encourage anyone to do anything to themselves that might have even the slightest chance of causing them harm. Thus I personally discourage anyone from doing testicle piercing. I agree with nullorchis. and its my own experience, each man with desire in castrating will test all more and less healthy things with his balls over his life.

And the pearcing, like needling or nailing is able to end in demanging of one or both balls. If you often enough will needle the balls, somedays will you work a little durty and get infected! 20 years ago i had to go to the doc with an infected left ball or ball-bag in a size of nearly a half football. in the hospital i got a cut of 5-6 inches length into for opening the infected half of the scrotum.

After awaking the doc telled me, that he coudnt find the left testicle and he sayd, it is destroid by infect.

Otherwise our testicles are hard in taking!

and after healing in 2-3 wochen i could tast my left testicle again - he was hidden deep insides of the infected scrotum.

But nearby it was a half castration - only caused by needling....:dong:

I can also tell that piercing of the balls are not so risky as some may expect. There are only some conditions - very clean needles, a clean towel, neutral soap and some spray to disinfect the skin.
