I'm in my beginning fifties and of good health, physically, menatally and socially. I've got a fetish for forced feminization / sissyfication. But additionally I feel the wish of being castrated since a very young age, of which I'm aware now, isn't a mere fetish but just who I am. For reasons I don't want to go to a doctors with that issue. I seriously consider alcohol injections as the way for me to go. So what I really need now, is detailed information, how my wish can be achieved this way with of course the minimal risk for my health. I'd really appreciate, if you would provide me a precise shopping list, a to-dp list as well and further information, that might be of relevance. Thanks in advance

Unfortunately, we cannot allow the posting of a complete shopping list, nor a detailed how-to on this site. The only safe way to get this done is to go to a doctor as many of us have.
Having been through the process myself, I know it's a nail-biting and stressful thing to make the first step, but once you do it's a lot easier to move forward. If you would like help with the safe doctor approach, many of us are standing by ready to lend an ear of support and provide information about resources to get started.
