I'm in my beginning fifties and of good health, physically, menatally and socially. I've got a fetish for forced feminization / sissyfication. But additionally I feel the wish of being castrated since a very young age, of which I'm aware now, isn't a mere fetish but just who I am. For reasons I don't want to go to a doctors with that issue. I seriously consider alcohol injections as the way for me to go. So what I really need now, is detailed information, how my wish can be achieved this way with of course the minimal risk for my health.
