Marvel's Avengers: Infinity War - SPOILERS!

So if you've not seen it yet, don't read this!
So we went to see this travesty of a comic book inspired movie tonight, and as you can guess, I hated it.
Thanos (the bad guy) wants to find the Infinity Stones - leftovers from the Big Bang that started the Universe - from when nothing suddenly exploded into everything for reasons unknown.
Turns out, Dr. Strange has one. So does the Vision. Jumping from world to world, and groups of heroes fighting villains in disjointed, grandiosely violent scenes full of CGI, Thanos and his henchmen eventually collect all of the stones but one. This leaves the Vision and his pals in Wakanda (Black Panther), fighting the final battle that Dr. Strange has already told them that they can't win.
Then, surprise surprise, Thanos gets the last Infinity Stone. With it, he then wills half of all life in the Universe to die. This is because the Universe will thank him for it, as he feels it's too over-populated as it is.
Loki, Gamora, Heimdall, and the Vision are killed in battles. Then, when Thanos gets all the Stones, people begin to disintegrate. We assume that this happens all across the Universe, and is not limited to just the heroes. It would have been better if they'd spent a minute or so on showing just regular people disintegrating, but they didn't.
Heroes who die are: Black Panther, Spiderman, Dr. Strange, Bucky Barnes, Sam Wilson, The Scarlet Witch, ALL of the Guardians of the Galaxy, Nick Fury, and Maria Hill. (SHIELD)
Talk about a bloodbath!
So in the end, the bad guy wins.
Oh well.
My recommendation? Wait for it on DVD/BR, and rent it.
I hated it. I'll give it one star, as even Yelp won't let you give a 0.
