shriveled up scrotum and balls?
im wondering why my balls don't hang low basically ? my scrotum is always shriveled up and tight and my boys never get to flop. i tried dipping them in warm water but nothing happened, any suggestions on how I can get more swing out of them my girl thinks it's weird?
