I don't know whether this is a story or real. But actually it doesn't matter - fact is that I made very similar experiences in reality.
I'm not a eunuch but my penis is so tiny (hardly visble when flaccid, just about 2 inches long and very thin when erect - but it hardly ever gets stiff) that I'm not capable of having intercourse.
In a way women really seem to like that. I'm extremely close to women who know my state and even to some who don't really know it but in a way sense my situation - apparently I'm recognized by them as a sexless person.
