At the risk of maybe getting a little too scientific:

Every gene we have concists of two halves, one from the mother one from the father. In both sperm and egg, the body splits each gene back into halves. Which half ends up in the completed sperm or egg is totally random...

In other words, children produced by self-breeding could suffer from the same effects as "traditional" inbreeding would. Because they could get both "bad" halves of a gene, and end up expressing that "bad" trait (for example, hemophilia (unstoppable bleeding), or severe mental impairment/madness. Both of which will NOT manifest if one-half of the gene is "bad" and the other half good... But WILL manifest if both halves are "bad").

It would also, of course, depend on how many errors (ie: mutations) were in the genetic code of the genes you'd pass (back into yourself). Genetic code errors (mutations) are a risk in any breeding!!!

OK -- now off with the lab-coat and geek-classes -- back to the original theme of this thread:

That is, to have labia, urethra, vagina, ect, as a woman would. But at the top of these female structures, have a clit the size of an average man's penis, which would function as a man's penis would (but no urethra/hole in the middle of it -- because its still a clit -- and the urethra is still down by the vagina).

I think this would be the best of both worlds.

With your erect clit, you could fuck any girl (or guy) just like a man would with his penis.

You'd have no balls (or they would be internal) so you'd not have to worry about them being kicked or sitting on them.

You'd also have no messy cum/ejaculation to worry about (of course that might be a dissapointment to some).

One downside is, I think with a penis-sized clit you wouldn't get much clitoral stimulation from being fucked in the vagina alone!! From what I've read, many women get off mainly from clitoral (rather than purely vaginal) stimulation... SO, to fix this issue, I would also like to add some extra vaginal sensitivity -- maybe a larger and more sensitive G Spot/Prostate in there -- so you could totally get off from only being fucked.

Keeping one testicle was very common in NYC, throughout the 70s & 80's.

Too many full TS's got depressed and commited suicide, the sudden loss of testosterone is devastating.

Most took drugs to stay sane and to have a sex drive.

Since the drugs were physically addictive, many opted to keep one testicle. Also, the drug made one quite violent, leading to death and/or prison.

However, time and aging masculinizes the face (just like women) and some of them removed the remaining one, with the hope of slowing the aging.
