I don't know anyone who's been there. But, they do all styles of operations including making a full vagina and clit. You can also go for just the "look" of a pussy with no depth.

A neo-vagina is very different from one person to another depending mainly of the surgeon who made it.
I am (we are) very curious to see the look of yours.

I am very gay and will end up being straight when I do the M2F thing. I have close friends that live in Thailand where I can have the complete surgery done for about 8k USD.
It is quite common over there and medical tourists are common place. It would be my choice to have the change done in the US/Canada but the process to get approval can be long and drawn out.
I have been in contact with a couple of SRS clinics in Thailand a doctor in Toronto, Colorado and Florida.
The first part will be the removal of the penis etc. and replace it with a fully functioning pussy. I will be able to orgasim when a man is inside of me but not have children.
My breasts will develop to some degree, facial hair will go away or will be removed. My public hair is being permanently removed in stages and what little body hair I have naturally will in time be removed.
I am going to quit being a fag. That will be strange I have always been called a fag or queer by str8 guys, now they will stand in line to jump me.
