If you are down that much in sex drive and ability, you will notice even more as time goes by. After 6 months i couldnt perform at all.

Also not sure why you are worried about you doc taking you off the drugs. they may reduce you to a support level, as time goes by you will need less drugs, but they are'nt going to take you off cold turkey.

Lower Testosterone will dry your skin out which can aggravate conditions like eczema. psoriasis or dermatitis. The best moisturizer in the world is Aquaphor by Nutragena and it can be purchased at most drug stores fairly cheap.

I have a few spots of psoriasis and this has helped me more than almost anything so I'm sure it would help a lot with eczema.

You see, you needed to calm down first. I can share your fair with the idea you told before that they might stop the medication. Maybe that fair is not rational, but also hard to stop. And it is a horror!!!

As for me, I don't want to be "a nice guy because of an implant (or pills)" for the rest of my life. We share that feeling for surgical castration. I cannot share your problems with the hot flushes. Sure, no mistake, being on zalodex, I got them (never on androcur). One after the other one night, one or two a day now. But you know I am nuts, I do love them, I really think they are just funny.

I had my blood checked and Monday I will see my family doctor about the result (testosterone). The reason to ask for a consult: I am getting breasts.

Same like you, I don't want to walk around with big tits. So I want to understand under what psychological conditions the insurance may pay for the removal. Those conditions might not be same for your country and mine, but I will inform you.

I am not sure if you should concern that much about being able to get hard and have orgasms, the changes to the mind may be far more important.

As for your question about other drugs: What about asking your therapist and doctor about zoladex LA 10.8mg implant. I think it would be a blessing to you as you only need one injection(implant) every three months. No tricks to forget your pills, no need for your mum to check it out. I guess the only problem is the costs. It is expensive. But if you really make them understand your feelings towards the tablets.....just try and ask

One thing more, I called you Carl, you signed a posting before, so I think I don't hurt your privacy. Hold on there!!!! First off lets discuss the cum issue. I am a total Eunuch. I still cum. The cum has no sperm in it, is less in volume, and is more transparent, but I still cum. Here is why. Cum /Seaman is made in the prostate gland, not in the Testicles. It is a natural lubricant that keeps bacteria away from the prostate as well as proviving a media for sperm to travel. Unless you remove the prostate you will cum.

Ok now the libido issue. Prozac and all SSRI's are not meant to kill libido. They can and do cause ED. As a primary defense, to erections it is not. Androcar, Sperlactone, and all anti-androgens work. For the most part they can not stop working. Maybe the "head space" changes but science is science and they do not weaken with time chemically. As far as the "final solution, remember this, once you are a Eunuch there is no going back. Even as a Eunuch you may still get an erection from time to time. It may not be strong but you still may be able to get them. I know I get them from time to time. Unfortunatey there are no complete or simple answers.

If, however, you decided that nothing was working for you, and, after a lot of long and serious consideration, you felt strongly inclined to continue to seek the castration, then my previous question was really asking this: How serious would your problems have to become before she would consider recommending you for the surgery?
