What I say engages only me and cannot be a generality.

I was neutered on August 11 and since then my endocrinologist has placed me on treatment for benign prostatic hypertrophy. The taking of T favoring this hypertrophy, he prefers that I do not take it before having reduced the size of my prostate and the post voiding residue. Which should be achieved between 3 and 6 months. After which I could take T.

In the meantime, I have lost all libido and the possibility of an erection, I am as impotent as can be.

On the other hand, according to my endocrinologist, my sexologist and my urologist, substitution T should restore sexual functions. My Sexologist remains reserved on a return to sexuality which according to him is not systematic, and works in 50% of cases.

Which means that while you can take T right from the start or even before castration, you have a good chance of being able to continue to fuck your wife.

Anyway, I think you'll have to take some treatment to protect yourself from osteoporosis.

I did not really understand why you evoke castration with your wife, but whatever the reason, prepare yourself for 2 cases, impotence or sexuality.
