How exactly did penis-in-vagina sex after your surgical castration and after you took testosterone replacement therapy compare to penis-in-vagina sex before your surgical castration (and before you began taking any anti-androgens--if you ever took any, that is)?

Any thoughts on this?

You have to be in good condition, not be tired, not masturbated or had a sex for a month, your partner must excite you. Also you need to be more concentrated on things that excite you, work on not loosing focus, partner should understand your condition and stimulate you as much as she could. your penis will be less sensitive. Not a lot of difference, other than it's more difficult to get it up. It takes physical stimulation, not just mental our visual like it used to. Once he's in up and in action the sex is about the same as before for her. I feel less sensation than before while it's going on which makes it more difficult to orgasm. But I still can, when I'm determined to. My orgasm just isn't as important to me any more, though I still absolutely enjoy it. It's nice to be more able to focus on her having a good time without having to keep my own body under control, so I can last long enough for her to orgasm.
