With no balls, your prostate is shrinking so the amount of ejaculate is also shrinking. It is possible that you may not have any ejaculate eventually, but I would imagine that orgasms will still be possible. Lubrication would be required only if the woman is dry.

I recall my dry orgasms of childhood - I began masturbation at age 4 or so. I could have multiple orgasms back then.
