Drew, After a period of time my nipples were erect all the time and I had some breast development too. The breasts grew and felt very errogenous and the aurieoles (excuse spelling!/the dark flesh behind the nipples) became larger.

This was a symptom along with filling out a bit around the waistline.

The change seems to have happened and then stopped. Nobody is aware of my breasts as being anything overly unusual for a guy my age. I can see young men being concerned about it, but it's no big deal and feels quite nice actually.

I never knew my nipple areas had so much sensitivity before.

Took Androcur for a year and yes the niples did hurt at times. Today I am coming on 4 years castrated and I am about a good strong B cup.
