Zac, let us know your plans and keep us updated. Dr. Kimmel is getting older and my guess is that he'll continue with his practice for at least a year or two. You've got time. Hash

Zac there is a post in Eunuch Central entitled Bootjt's surgery where he talks about his travel to ORR for surgery and the care he received. He is also from the UK as is thefraj who started the thread.

Thanks Guys your comments are greatly appreciated. I will keep you posted but I am going to try and get cut this year. I will do more research on Dr Kimmel as it's easy for me to get to PA with my job. Later. Zac

Forget the UK- it is not a nice place to be these days with our kind of interests, and it's going to get worse! By far the best route is Belgium - not far away, but thoughts are a world apart.

Hi Zac
I wonder if you'd find it helpful to make contact with a guy whom I was chatting to on Gaydar a few weeks back. He's a British guy who was castrated and had his sac removed in Philadelphia and he may be willing to share his experiences with you and offer some advice on procedures, etc. I can't remember his exact Gaydar ID but if you enter 'eunuch' under a username search, I'm sure you'll find him.
All the best
Aidan
