Sympathetic Urologists in the UK

Post by Zac (imported) »

I have been investigating getting castrated for a while and it has been a desire / fantacy of mine since I can ever remember. Living in the UK, unless I wanted to tavel a great deal, or go through the ordeal of seeing a shrink, I am not sure if there is anyway of loosing my nuts here in the UK by an experienced pracitioner.

I don't know of any, but have you ever visited the U.S.? You could make a quick trip to Philadelphia to see Dr. Kimmel. It'll cost you $2000.00 U.S. dollars and a plane trip, plus hotel stay, but it'll be worth it in my opinion. Hash

Belgium would be easy to get to by train, or even by air. O-R-R charge less as well.

I'm really not sure about what I read about Dr Kimmel although I was in Phili only a matter of weeks ago. If I could be assured of his approach etc, I could, when next over in Phili get it done. If getting it done like that how could you go about explaining this to your regular doctor when back in the UK ? How / who would prescribe me T ?

Dr. Kimmel is an older doctor with very good bedside manners and he did a great job with me on March 22nd, not even two weeks ago. As for what to tell your doctor, tell him or her the truth, that a Urologist decided it was best for you. They might think you had cancer, but don't tell them that or they'll want all kinds of records, etc. I told my "new" doctor (and new is important) that it was the Urologists decision to remove them and I didn't want to talk about it. That was enough for her. She didn't press the issue and I didn't bother to give more information than was necessary. I choose female doctors because they are way more understanding and sympathetic. If you need more advice & encouragement, don't hesitate to write. There are a lot of eunuchs here who were made that way at the hands of Dr. Kimmel. You'll really like him. See my other posts too.

P.S. I'm not sure about the U.K. when asking for or getting testosterone supplementation, but most doctors here, when you tell them you were castrated and need supplementation with testosterone, test your blood for "t" and write a prescription. It's fairly simple. Dr. Kimmel does not believe in adding back what he took away so he won't give you any prescription. Please educate yourself thoroughly about castration. Hash

Zac, pleeease do not go through with actual castration if it's a fantasy. Try chemical castration first to see if it's really what you want. Don't do something you'll regret. I fantasied about getting castrated for years and abused my testicles terribly, eventually one was removed and the horror I went through was terrible. My remaining testicle atrophied slowly from abuse, which is why I finally had it removed. Now I'm a complete eunuch and I'm testing myself. Being older (48) and having reduced testosterone levels for years, it hasn't been that difficult for me though I sense a growing depression, which is common. But again, try chemical castration first. Tell your doctor that your sex drive is tooo high and you're out of control and you need to reduce it. If you ask enough doctors, they'll probably start you on Depo or something else to reduce your testosterone. Check out the "Chemical Castration" section on the Eunuch archive. Hash

Sorry for being so short. I have been reducing my T for the past 4 months or so and although I haven't been tested for my T levels I virtually get no erections unless I play with myself significantly, my agression has reduced significantly and I feel a great deal calmer. But I dont think I like these feelings and I dont want my nuts removed to reduce my T. I really do prefer the look of guys without nuts especially with no sack. I still want a sex drive and to retain my masculinity. So I think I will be taking this road. No nuts but with T replacment. In all fairness I do know enough about the options and need to do significantly more research. Hence being here.

My apologies. In your original post you used the word "fantasy" and I just wanted to make sure that you weren't considering castration out of total fantasy. You have your reasons as all of us do for wanting to be castrated and I wish you the very best. Hash

Hash, thank you. I greatly appreciate your comments and advice. Yes, you are correct, my choice of words in my first post was incorrect. The reason for using that word I think is difficult for me to articulate . Why I should want / need such a dramatic modification to my body is something very deep rooted. Why would I want to be heavily tattooed is another question I find difficult to articulate, but that doesn't change my need. Perhaps I'm not explaining myself very well........ apologies.
