Yes I totally understand as I take my transition very serious. I have been on hormones for over 10 years and had top surgery 6 years ago by a great surgeon. My life has been so wonderful since the change. I am able to be who I was always suppose to be! Where are you in your transition?

Hi Buck,No cutting as yet.I've been on Estrogen,Depo and Anti-Androgens for 3 years.

I have some rise to the breast's.I at least need to get castrated soon.Don't want liver trouble.I'm 58 and may not get as far as younger folk's.I'll take what I can.

hi Leona,

My very good friend just got castrated. She is so happy. Had the same Dr that did my chest do her. He is an amazing surgeon. I was his first FTM. Yes liver trouble is something to watch for. I take vitamins to help and go to get regular check ups every 3 months. I havent had my overies taken out.

58 is young! You have a whole new life ahead of you!!!
