Personally speaking, around 99% of straight woman don't want to marry with a castrated guy due to sexual life issue. Unless she is a lesbian and needs to use a superficial marriage to stop her relatives' bullshit.

Indeed, family is one of the source of stress of being different with other mainstream society but modern society is being more tolerate than before. You are an adult now, as long as your fantasy is harmless to other people, no one SHOULD intervene your life and your fantasy.

I also have similar fantasy. My fantasy appeared since puberty. I always have a dream that my best friend or boy friend surgically remove my whole package, both penis and testicles, and leave a small pee-hole on where my penis used to be. I think if you are hesitating, you should not to be castrated now. If hezitation stops when it will possible to castration.

I don't care what anybody says in these forums, replacement testosterone does not work the same as the real stuff produced by your testicles, so if you opt for surgical castration, prepare for a life changing experience.

I would take issue with you on this point. I don't know whether you have heard of a product called Axiron, made in Finland by Eli Lilly. I have been on this since about 6 months before I was actually castrated due to very low T levels. Axiron is a spirit based liquid, which is dispensed by a measured pump into a small silicon applicator and then applied in your armpit. The stuff dries in seconds and is great, almost exactly like the original in my case.

I do have some side effects from my castration just like you do in that I take a long time to orgasm and when it does happen, it is very different and far more satisfying than before castration. My volume of ejaculate is much the same as before and I have no problem getting an erection which is perfect for penetrative sex and it stays up for much longer these days.
