Check your pharmacy for androcur under it's generic name, cyproterone acetate.

Unfortunately generic cyproterone is not available yet. At least in my country. Only in combination with etinilestradiol. I don´t want estradiol by now. If I decide add estrogen, It would be some oestrogel that I have still left. Not at the moment. By the way making an update, yesterday I had my second depo injection and I am beginning to feel the effects. My urges fell down in an unbelievable way. I am beginning to feeling tired also. SDome weak morning erection which was great for me!!!!;)

A little dissapointed. Has been five and three days since my first and second Depo injection and it seems to be acting very slowly. I´m still masturbating and producing sperm two times a day. A little few changes. At last found some money and today I decided to order in my pharmacy for androcur. I hope receiving tomorrow. I´m planning modyfing my schem. 12.5mg androcur every other day (for monetary reasons) and a depo shot monthly. I decided to add spironolactone 25mg a day and follow with finasteride. Once achieved satisfactory results I´ll be considering low doses and go on with a maintenance dosage.

You are far, far too impatient. Slow down. The depo will take a couple of weeks to fully start in. adding more is just a waste of money. allow things time to work before adding.

Up to now I´m still feeling tired, little energy for masturbating. Sensitive penis but, I don´t feel to masturbating I mean I have little motivation for doing. Altough I think I feel still capable.

Yesterday I met my boyfriend and I had an erection. Disliked that hard thing at all, however no so hard than before. It was very very disliking. I hope that the weeks to come when I´m meeting him, In that stage I am totally incapable of having any erection. I would like a total flabbiness or at least a very weak listless erection.

I have been taking androcur 100mg for two days, then 50mg yesterday and today 25mg. And I will continue with 25mg a couple of days and ending on 12.5mg The bad thing is that I will never know if depo had been begining to do its job or is because of the androcur help as I´ve just started with it so likely the whole or big part of the future castrating-effects may be due more to cyproterone.

I think full effect it´s just started. Yesterday I didn´t see any reason for masturbating. Purely and simply I didnt want to. Mi skin is soft and fair and my outline is more slender and I love it. Watching porn seems too silly and pointless, I´m feeling calmed, less agressive but sometimes some things anoyying me. Certainly Im moody. Ive just took 25mg androcur, 25mg spiro and 5mg finasteride.It has been just seven days since my second depo shot. And four days since beginning of androcur. I´m applying the third this month on 29. Mornings are more quiet. Some failled involuntary erection attempts . Starting from tomorrow I will be on 12.5mg androcur and for saving reasons the week after next I will continue on 12.5mg androcur every other day and the rest of antiandrogens in the same dosage time.Energy is less too, but still be able doing my everyday work and life routine and also my daily excercise. When come back home at nights sometimes feel so exhausted that I just want to go to sleep.

This is like my dear diary and I like sharing with all of you this issues.

One more thing, days before begins a neckache. I´m afraid it could be my pressure since In my past trial had a rise in it and my doctor prescribed me captopril. At the moment I´m tooking an aspirin and spiro could be of help too. I think when I´m reducing dosage possible sides effects could decreased in the future.

Hello, three weeks after starting my chemicall castration and new effects I´ve seen are: noticeable muscle mass loss and capillary fragility, mornings quiets masturbation once a day or every other day, little esperm amount. Energy keep the same, although sometimes I feel all my body sore. I could say that I´m more happy now when my agression is lowered, smiling more and with emotions up. I´m more sensitive, no weight gain, however this is just the very beginning. Mastalgia has appeared but no so much, no gynecomastia by now.

My pressure is controled, but as I commented In other post I noticed a few days ago bruises and a little bump in my chest up my right nipple. :-\Doctor said It was a ganglion inflammation that don´t worry about it that wasn´t serious and ordered a blood tests and prescribed an antiinflammatory. Cyproterone and spiro at the same time?

And I am surprised that this low dose for cyproterone works that fast. Any idea of before and after hormone levels?

Well I injected 300mg Depo provera about three weeks before (august 29)and few days later started on 100mg cypro for two days, then 50mg one day and the next 25mg ending on 12.5mg everyday. I´ve been taking 25mg spiro and finasteride from the start. I use spiro to help the initial castration and for prevent water retention, but I don´t think still taking it. I should be applying the third depo injection this month on 29, and follow with the rest antiandrogens in the same dosage except spiro. What I don´t know yet is which antiandrogen choosing to keep me on castration. I don´t want my body saturated on chemicalls. Would be ok depo for money reasons, but I don´t know, I trust more in androcur for maintenance in low doses once reached castration.

I don´t know how my T and other hormone levels are because as said before I have no much money and especially now when I have been asked for blood test, hemogram, coagulation profile, etc.

Liver function tests, Complete blood count, coagulation profile and other parameters they all were ok. Only triglycerides are some high, although they have been high sometimes in the past when taking no antiandrogen. Tomorrow will have a breast ultrasound. Thank God there are some great news. Seems that my bump has shrinked and bruises are certainly almost dissapeared!! Anyway tomorrow I´m going to the scan.

My inssurance doesn´t cover Hormones test so I just can meassure empirically the androcur effect.

New effects after almost one month: face more rounded, fat instead muscle, thinner body and beard hair. I have a natural smooth body so I guess that becasue of It the thinner hair effect appear so fast. Weak and much less erections, less sperm, low líbido, increased appetite. Energy the same I still be able to do my hour walk and routine activities without problem.

Disappointingly however, still masturbating once a day in average but take longer getting excited enough. Well I think that´s all for now, I´m posting my following changes and my results. God bless you.
