It's nice to know some urologists will perform this in office, rather than the additional expense of a hospital and/or general anesthesia or spinal block.

I have contacted the good doctor in Atlanta. He is as described. His fee for a bilateral orchiectomy is going up from $4300 to $5000 Jan 1 because of higher hospital charges.

Did you notice that Dr. Fara has Philadelphia ties? It's almost too coincidental for me. While in Phily, it seems to me that he came in contact with Dr. Kimmel or at least heard about him. Hmmm?

If you enter the doctors name on Yahoo search, when you get to the site you will find four reviews posted.

I'm curious to know whether it makes a difference to Dr. Fara regarding your aim or desire? Will he castrate you with a letter if you're not a MtF transsexual? Will that matter to him? Will he be bothered or put you off thinking that a normal male wouldn't want to be castrated?
Do these urologists realize that by offering these services they will become the new meca for eunuchs in America and is that something they want. In other words, when the word spreads that they'll castrate you without the letters, then the castration part of their practice will increase significantly. That's when things might turn bad. If anyone who gets castrated decides they made a mistake by getting castrated or that the doctor didn't do such a great job and sues these doctors, then they'll probably stop or require the two letters. So if you use one of these urologists, please don't whine about them or sue them. Just find someone else to treat you, don't mess this up.
