Whats wrong with the anus, after it has been cleaned out with an enema!
Personally, I love to receive and give.
If I was younger I would have my scrotum and balls taken away and enjoy sex both these ways, along with being fully femminised of course.

You have forgotten Feliatio, this enables one to take two erections at the same time.

Yes, the anus and prostate are wonderful things. Knowing them as I do, made it an easier call for me to keep my penis.

hehe i can, altho my breasts aren't quite permanent yet even thought i've been full time for 3 years. however i dont get the third gender thing. i feel 100% female even though physically im male.

I guess if it were possible for someone to have a penis and a vagina it would give a whole new meaning to the saying: "go f*** yourself", meaning it would be an erotic positive statement, instead of a deragatory negative statement.
