Ken and I are alive and well. Thanks for asking :) The quake was eventually downgraded to a 5.4, and from what I experienced it really didn't seem to be that big of a deal. I guess from what I am hearing it was stronger and longer nearer the epicenter, but for me it was a mild shaking that lasted for no more than 5 seconds. Ken was at work and did not feel it at all.

This was a mild earthquake, believe me. I've experienced earthquakes in the 7 range, and those are real earthquakes. In comparison, the infamous "big one" that is supposed to hit the area within the next 30 years is predicted to be 7.9 and last for 90 seconds. That one I'm not looking forward to.

I hope Mac is ok.

Earth to Uncle Wolfie...Earth to Uncle Wolfie...Report, Please.

If you are late to dinner you don't get dessert.

My money's on power outage. I cannot bear the thought of other possibilities.
