A brief conversation with Dr. Spector

Since it was exactly two years ago that I was castrated by Dr. Spector, I decided to call him and have a chat. You'll be glad to know that he sounded healthy and happy. He asked me several questions about my current condition and lifestyle, and I assured him I was quite happy as a eunuch. Which is the truth. I owe a lot to The Good Doctor.

I talked to Dr. Spector last month, he said that he was retired, but had an assistant. I went to philladelphia two weeks ago and paid $150 to have a private counseltation with Dr. Kimmel, and Nurse Mary. I asked him to remove my scrotum, expensive, but he said when I got the money to come back. It seems like a good clean clinic. Also, I checked out that Best Western, where they send you to recover for a few days......they don't have room service, so I guess I'll have to get a private nurse, or isn't it that bad. I have to drive back to Florida afterwards, so tell me about the swelling and is it worse than a vasectomy? I heard that it wasn't much different. I had a vasectomy many years ago, there was swelling but I was back to work in two days.

Hi, I dont know if I would call Dr Kimmel an assistant, more of a referal would think.

After you have the scrotum removed I would go back to the best western and get some ice on it. You will be able to go down for food but you will know how long you should be out of bed. I would plan to stay over at least 2 or 3 days before driving back. Sense I had both done at the same time its a little hard for me to judge but also remember everybody is different.

Just how long did the pain last, did you take pain pills? I just want to know how long it will be before i feel normal, I like to play tennis. Really, how long will i be sore?

you may be different than I but remember there are several stitches the pain will be gone in a few days but tennis. I would let it heal a month but thats just me.
