The surgical route sounds all great and fine, if only there are doctors who would do so, with reasonable level of safety.

If you don't get strong erections any more, like myself, then, one idea I read about sounded the easiest. That's to do a circumcision taking away most of the shaft skin, pushing the shaft inside the body, and leaving just the glans outside.

This would be a bit similar to the SRS procedure to turn the penis into a clitoris, but not creating the vagina. But all this is merely lots of musing and fantasizing. Even here in Thailand, with all the doctors who are experts at SRS, I have never heard of any doctors who would or have done such a thing, without creating the vagina.

I know your recommendation is "if you don't get strong erections", but just saying you have to be really, really sure you won't ever get one good erection. Yes, it is possible to create a "buried penis" by over-circumcizing, but it is very dangerous because you will still get erect and that will put all the stress on the circumcision scar which will keep ripping open. The amount of pressure an erection can create is significant, and you can't rely on the remaining skin from extra circ to be able to contain it.

Thanks SplitDik for the info. I think I am too squeemish around blood and pain to ever think about doing anything like this myself. I'd probably puke all over my de-skinned penis and faint before being able to stitch it all into this over-circumsizing exercise.

I now tuck myself in 24/7. Even the thinnest and softest underwear keeps everything in, including when the penis tries to get engorged, at which point, the shaft is still soft enough to just curl around inside. That's why I think theoretically, the super-circ could work on me.

But if I get the guts to get a super-circ, I probably won't even want to have the glans sticking out. A smoooth look would be ideal.

Hey Big, of course as it says on the board here "YMMV (your mileage may vary).... here is my experience (and my penis did shrink)

Went from 7" hard to 5" - 4.5" depending on situation. Testicles about 2/3 of orig size (about 1 1/2" long and 3/4" thick).

Also now when I cum it only is about a teaspoon to half teaspoon and dribbles out. Body hair almost totally disappeared.

I was only on Androcur for about 3 months. 2 weeks 200mg daily, 1 week 150mg, 1 week 100mg, the rest of the time 50mg daily.
