Tip for the day
I just read that wasp spray is better then pepper spray for stopping someone who is about to do you harm.Wasp spray will spray about 30 feet and will render an attacker blind until they get to a hospital. One never knows when a wasp or some jerk will come to ruin your day.

Re: Tip for the day
I think my tip of the day would be if you are a MUSEUM that houses valuable works of art (like Pablo Picasso, Henri Matisse, Amedeo Modigliani, Fernand Leger and Georges Braque), then your burglar alarm should be functioning every day. If it isn't, you might be robbed...
oh wait, that just happened. too late, too late...

BTW: I like this "tip of the day" idea and I'm stealing it. Brazenly, Wantonly stealing it...

Re: Tip for the day
The art work in question will not be seen again for a hundred years if there was a buyer before the robbery took place which is the norm for this kind of robbery. Some rich guy now has these paintings hanging proudly in his study.

Wasp spray also can cause some serious damage compared to pepper spray. Look at its active ingredients! Scary, horrible stuff! I know, at least in the state of Michigan, USA, it is illegal to use wasp spray in that manner.

Re: Tip for the day
My tip of the day to all readers:
It is positively amazing how much money you can save by repairing something instead of replacing it. Right now, I am repairing a roto-tiller, before that my weed-eater. Almost everything I own was given to me as junk that was otherwise to be thrown away, like the weed-eater that was not working.... I rebuilt the carburator and replaced the fuel lines for a staggering cost of about $20, now it runs great. Care to check the price for a new weed-eater? I saved at the very least $200.
Now my project is the roto-tiller, a bit more costly, the 5 h.p. engine had set for years and was in lousey shape, so far, I am out $100, but look at the prices of any new 5 h.p. roto-tiller.
Same can be said of vacume cleaners, chainsaws, automobiles, washing machines, skill-saws, whatever. Repairing it cost a lot less than replacing it, and after you fix one or two things, people just GIVE you all sorts of stuff - if you don't want to fix it, just sell the scrap metal, but if you do fix it, OMG the thrill of it is great for me.
