I am not a very good bowler and it didn't help that I kept thinking they might put in a Red nun on the next set

I played that game several times and I'd swear the bowler beside me was dressed in a Red Habit and had a drill set on her utility belt.

As I recall, nuns within an order got along as a community but didn't necessarily get along with nuns from any other order so I can see Sister Kristoff rolling the ball at Dominicans, Benedictines or even Jesuit nuns.
