HI Guys!
I hope that this finds you well. I just had a quick question. I know that a while ago there was some mention of problems at BME and I recently was linked to thier homepage and noticed that they still have not been updated since September. Does anyone know what is going on? Anyway, have a good day.

The lawyers are in charge. And everyone knows what happens when the lawyers get involved. Oh, they take all the money. Who knows at this point. The lawyers may run it till there is no longer any money and that will end things. The American Way. Ain't it good?

This is being handled in the Canadian courts. So far no one involved is allowed to speak of the case. --FLO--

Wow!
I had no idea that there were court proceedings, lawyers involved, etc. Flo, when will people be allowed to talk about it? Why is it being kept so "hush hush"? I wonder what happened to make it get taken to court, especially in Canada. Is the site based here in Canada? Can you at least let us know if the Eunuch Archive will be affected by the proceedings? Let me know what you can when you can. Thanks in advance!

BME is located in Canada. It seems that Canadian courts routinely issue gag orders while the case is still being heard. The Eunuch Archive domain name is registered to the owner of BME and is hosted on their servers. The E A site and contents are independent of BME. If the worst happens there are possibilities for continuing E A with another domain name. At this time I don't think that will be necessary. --FLO--
