The three finalists for the SSS (Super Secret Service) are sitting in a room. The Chief walks in and says, "We demand complete obedience from members of the SSS. This final test will measure your uncompromising loyalty to the organization. In front of each of you is a door. Behind that door is your family. I want you to take this gun and shoot them."
The Chief hands the gun to the first man. The first man shouts, "Who do you think you are?! I'm not going to shoot my fucking family! You can take this job and...and...give it to the best available man!" He storms out.
The Chief hands the gun to the second man. The second man holds the gun kind of gingerly like he doesn't know even know what it is. He goes through the door. After a few minutes he walks back out and hes almost sobbing. He says, "I'm sorry. I can't do it. I cant shoot my own family." He walks out with his figurative tail between his legs.
The Chief hands the gun to the third man. The third man walks thorugh the door with a determined look on his face. After he's been in there for a while the Chief looks up from his magazine and starts to get worried. Finally, the third man walks out and says, "Stupid gun you gave me wasn't even loaded. I had to kill them with my bare hands."
