location of clinic

I couple years ago, I came across a clinic while searching the web. It's an outpatient clinic, somewhere in Mexico (I think or, central America at least). They do castrations as well as outpatient cosmetic surgery. It was set up almost like a resort hotel. Bungalows and rooms in a hotel with the clinic centrally located on the grounds. The site (if I remember correctly) wants you to arrive and have a pre surgery screening on the day of arrival. If all checks out ok, the surgery is performed the next day and the rest of the week, spent at the "resort" with daily checkups for infection or any other post surgery complications.
My questions, does anyone know of this place or how to find it again? I have spent many hours looking for it again but cannot find it again. My partenr and I have been discussing it for a couple years now and she is wanting to go ahead and have it done and not wait any longer. She likes the idea of a vacation and, the fact she can observe and video tape the proceedure. Not to mention the daily check ups.
Any help that anyone can give us would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
MG

a couple last things that I did not mention in my original post. Sac removal vs no sac removal. My parter definately does not want prosthetic balls inplanted. but, we are still discussing whether to leave the sac or have it removed as well. Anyone have pros or cons regarding which would be preferable?
Also, she likes the idea of keeping them afterwards. She read a blog about prevervation of testicles and is interested one one idea she came across. Putting them in a dehydrator and removing all the moisture. Then, having them bronzed (or plated in some sort of metal). She would much rather to this than keeping them in a jar. She has asked me to research this and I can't think of a better place then here to see if anyone has tried this before.
anyone?

I do not think the balls would survive the bronzing process, nor removing the moisture. You could encase them in clear plastic, or even try plastination (turning tissue into plastic) then it would last for century's....and no i have no idea how to do plastination...do a search on Google for more info.
Last but not least, you could each have one for a snack! or even give them to me

No one should consider going to any "place" or "clinic" or however it may be called without extensive advance research and information. To me, the test question to them is to provide referrals that I may ring and discuss their experience. What needs to be remembered is that even in the United States there are persons performing procedures for which they are only minimally qualified. As an example, after taking a weekend seminar Dentists can perform Botox injections. Whatever your motivations, castration is one of the most serious things to have done during your life and combining that with a beach vacation strikes me as a poor idea.

I guess the first thing is to say the post before mine is right on the money, check out the place first.
Also, please tell us a bit about yourself, how long have you wanted to be castrated?
Don't I repeat, DON'T rush into this, I would recommend you use a castration drug for a year, take castration on a test drive, then if its everything you thought it would be then and only then go for the castration.
In the year your on this castration drug make sure your doctor knows exactly what your doing and have him monitor your conditions.
Ask 1000's of questions of everybody, find out everything you can the good points as well as the bad.
About me, I took Androcur for a year before castration, I had the sac removed and keep the balls in a jar on the mantle. My castration was just over 5 years ago, I had hot flashes for 4 of them. Also remember the human body does not like parts cut off, it can cause depression. Body hair may for the most part just fall out and go away. You wont get sexually aroused, its for all purposes dead. There are other things you should do, get a bone scan, you should get one now for a bench mark. Osteoporosis is common in eunuchs. I have suffered from all of the above and if given a choice I would do it again in a heart beat. My last bone scan was a few weeks ago and its back to normal but I will most likely be taking Fosamax for the rest of my life.
My point is, Learn everything you can before you do this.
If your purpose is to take HRT after I would say don't get cut.

The only place that I remember finding something like that in my research was in Brazil. (Falas Portugues como esos du Brasil? Tenes uma pasaporta?)

My partner and I have been discussing it for a long time now. It's not something we are rushing to by any stretch of the imagination. In case you did not read my profile, my partner is a Domme and we have been together for a long time now. She has done a lot of research and I have had a check up with her Dr. Her Dr. recommended counciling, both joint and each of us individually before proceeding. But, it's a decision we have reached jointly and one that we want to proceed with. The reasons are a bit personal and not something that I am willing to be open about on a internet site. But, we have researched it quite a bit and have tried our best to seperate the fantasy from the reality. My partner has met with a "cutter" and thought it to unsafe. She has also met with a couple where the husband had it done several years ago and their only regret is they did not have it done sooner. We are going into this with both eyes open. As far as i am concerned, I will willing to just go and have it done. But, my partner wants it to be a bit more memorable than a proceedure that is similar to having a tooth removed or apendectomy. But, she wants it as safe as possible and wants to observe and archive it. And, if possible, make the final snips herself. But, our prime concern is SAFE SAFE SAFE. We both also realize that I will go thru changes afterwards, both physically and mentally. She is reading this over my shoulder and nodding her head. She said to add than she wants to be by my side while it's being done and not in the waiting room, that is a reason to go outside the US.

Well, I just couldn't find the Brazilian one that I was thinking of but if you were planning to go out of the country, my choice would have been Spain. Spain has progressed a great deal in the last twenty years and seems to be a whole lot more open to transgenders (and eunuchs) than most other places in the world. The famous international actress Carla Antonelli has a list of surgeons from Spain and around the world. She has a web site: "CarlaAntonelli.com" with a list of clinics in Spain and the rest of the world (but I didn't see any in Brazil so maybe I was mistaken). I did see clinics in Ecuador, Peru and somewhere else in South America. She has an English translation in the list to the left of the screen but not too obvious. You have to look for it. I think because of the nature of the business and the opposition to it, clinics like these around the world seem to come and go, --that is they shy away from having a lot of notoriety and change their name, or move elsewhere if they feel they have gotten to be targetted and do not advertize.
