It depends on the reason you need it.
If you problem is GID (Sex changes) your GP could send you to an expert in that area and they would know who could help you.
If your problem is Chronic Pain (Orchialgia) I would try talking to your GP about a referal to a large University Hospital. If you have tried all the other treatments first they might be willing to help you.
Ditto if its some cosmetic thing like serious atrophy or???
Whatever your reason talking to your family doctor is a good first step to figure out how to go about doing it. * I think...

Your profile shows that you actually joined nearly three months ago, so you may well have been reading all of the information here, but you have shown no sign of it yet.
Your public profile states that you are 47 years old, which is just about the average age of castration for those voluntary eunuchs who took the EA survey. You also state that your interests are directed toward "others."
I think that most of us here would like to know more about your background AND clear information indicating that you have done your homework on the effects of castration. Have you read Phil's long diary on his struggles? Have you read the FAQ under the tab above? Have you read the thread on "The Consequences of Castration"?
We'd like some assurance that you know what you're seeking.
