This is something that's most defnitely YMWV. Some say they get it, some say they dont. Personally, I figure its psychosomatic or some relation to the placebo effect, rather than something independently verifiable.

And above all, I don't think it should be a goal you get castrated for, in case you're one of those who don't get it.

What I consider my eunuch calm is being happy with myself and knowing where I fit in the world. As a friend says I am comfortable in my own skin. Years ago before I knew eunichism was right for me I was always in conflict with myself and the world at large.

This eunuch calm does not prevent me from being angry when appropriate. I do a better job of standing up for myself. I did not become a passive person. YMWV and that was very good for IE to point out. I am not who I thought I would be before castration but I like myself so much more. That is very calming for me.

As has been said countless times over the years no two people will be alike. The best way to see how castration will effects your body and mind is to try out chemical castration. Over time you should get a good idea how it will effect you and just what type of eunuch calm you will have. I think that over the years even that will change as you get older.

One thing for certain is that you will change for the good or worser. It is all in your prospective on the change.

Well to read some of my posts in here one would never know it but I am so much more in controal of myself now and can even get along with my wife now.So I guess i have that their calm everyone is talking about in here.

I do have to say when someone runs down the USA as i have seen in some posts I still can get a bit upset but over all i do better then i used to.And i havent threatened to kick anyones ass since my surgery not that I havent thought of it at times.
