I just received notification from Youtube saying that they pulled the videos because Form Media complained about copyright infringement.

I hope everyone who wanted to see it got to.

Ive got the Trans Children on DVD now along with the BBC4 on the same disk,

I can make a few and send them out to others.

I'm feeling more justified in my decision to have not taken part in the documentary. Turns out it was a way for Forum Media to make a buck/pound.

Actually, I'm surprised that Form Media let the Youtube version of their documentary stay up for so long. I know that they were monitoring the Archive after it was broadcast to find out what the members here thought of it. They knew it had been posted on Youtube almost as soon as it went up.

They needed to protect their copyright if they were to sell the broadcast rights to networks in the U.S., Canada, Australia, etc. It's probably important to our community for the documentary to be as widely seen as possible.

I expect that Form Media made back their cost of production with the original broadcast. Additional profits will go into further documentaries – maybe even a follow-up to "Eunuchs"....

I'm looking forward to buying a proper copy of it as soon as it is available.
