I just posted the mp4 version in "alt.binaries.eunuch-archive". I posted it as rar files with par recovery files. It is there, I looked. I'll try posting the DVD format next. I hope this works, I hate to fail. Steve

When I posted it, it showed up right away on my cable server. I don't know what to tell you guys. Hopefully it will show up in time. I'm sending out a couple DVD's, maybe the recipiants will have better luck. I'm just an old broken down railroad engineer, I guess this is beyond me. I was trying to protect everyones privacey by doing it this way. If you don't mind giving out your address you can ask Huevon to send you a DVD, he offered. Sorry, I tried. I'm passing the batton. What news service do you use?

It may be that it just might take several hours for the headers to filter into Giganews from your server. Sometimes, when I post large files, it doesn't show up on other servers like Astra for another day after.

Believe me, we all appreciate your efforts.

If the file does show up, don't bother. Some how the wrong file got uploaded. It's not nearly long enough.

I am able to post the proper rar files, but my computer can't make the par files. So if any files were corrupt there would be no way to repair them without the par files. I'm having a check sum parity error. I think I'm having a buffer problem.

I might still play with it some, but I sent the DVD to one of our big shots so maybe he will have better luck.

I'll start a new thread on this as soon as I watch the DVD video that came today in the mail.

Once I know it works, I'll rip it into DivX format and upload it to Usenet, as well as try and make it available on Limewire.

OK, I just ripped the DVD into a 700MB Xvid AVI file and will post it, with 10% PAR files to alt.binaries.eunuch-archive on Usenet tonight.

For Usenet junkies, you'll know what to do.

If you don't know what Usenet is, we'll have to find another way for you to get it. If nothing else, perhaps short chunks on Youtube?

What about cutting it into 10 minutes sections and posting it to YouTube like thefraj's The Morning interview?
