What happens afterwards?

I only have one, and I have a enlarged prostrate. Cancer is a great fear with
me. I need to know what having the other one taken off will do to negate that and learn about the changes in me afterwards...........

I have heard of a number around 80,000 guys in the states are castrated each year. That is numbers from guys on Medicare. If you include all the rest younger you can see it is far more common then you may think.
