Yes, it is a great video. No, it is not real. As the final screen says: "Yes, those were fake."
It's definitely an attention-grabber, though.

I don't have a membership so I don't know if I saw the same video that you did. I will say that I would believe most anything on that site. After all it only takes one weirdo to chop off his nuts on camera. It would be interesting to find out what happened to the guy afterwards... assuming that scene was real.
