Whilst talking with a friend I was reminded of an old joke, which I don't think that I have inflicted on those here - so here goes.

Two men were talking in a bar, and as things occasionally do, the conversation got around to sexuality, and the variations therein.

One man said, "to be honest, I am a sadist. I get a sexual charge from causing other people pain".

The second man replied, "isn't that amazing. I am a Masochist! I get a sexual charge from receiving pain".

The sadist said, "In my flat* I have this big, thick, black, 6 foot long, leather bull whip. Would you like me to show it to you?"

The Masochist almost fell over in his eagerness, so they quickly adjourned to the Sadist's home.

When they got there, the Masochist stripped whilst the Sadist put on his leather gear. He then stood in the middle of the floor and sensuously ran his hands along the leather of the whip as he coiled and un-coiled it.

With mounting excitement, the Masochist looked over and asked, "are you going to whip my unprotected, naked flesh with that big, leather whip?"

To which the Sadist replied, "NO".

Ouch, painful isn't it.

* Flat: British terminology for an Apartment.

Yeah, haven't heard that one in years. It was a joke my Pyshcology Professor told when we studied abnoral psychology. I can now think of the T-Shirt I saw a number of years ago that said:

"It's only perversion until you try it."
