English as a state language

It seems that the West Virginia legislature has, in it's infinite wisdom, passed a law (attached to an unrelated bill) requiring English to be the official language. . . . . . .

It's well known that foreigners are taking over the dear state of West Virginia and making it into a third world slum with wood and tin shacks and poor people living on subsistence farms with giant TV antennaes the only sign of modern progress beyond the Industrial Revolution.

oh, wait - WV has always been that way. . . .

It's the actual citizens of West Virginia that live in poverty and don't seem to speak the English language.

Now it all makes sense. This bill is aimed at making WV Tolerable to foreigners who want to immigrate to the USA.

Well, Gosh, Golly, Gee, Goober,

What Would Senator Byrd Do?
